Cash Machine Charges

Actually it isn't a new charge by ING as they used to charge for it, but then went through a period when there was no charge.
All Belgian banks charge their customers but different amounts for different things. You could spend a lot of time working out which would be the cheapest bank for what you want or you can just shrug your shoulders and say that it isn't a lot of money - if you draw cash at a "foreign" bank once a month then ING's charge amounts to just € 6 a year, and they might well be cheaper for something else.
