Car services

Friend is coming to Belgium in October and wants to hire a car service to drive him and 4 friends to various places in Belgium--from Brussels to Bruges, Kortrjik and a couple other places. Don't know the order of the route. They don't want to rent a car and drive themselves. Need recommendations for car hire services in Brussels. It will be a 2 day gig from about 9h00 to 17h00 each day.
