Car purchase invoice
Hi,
I have just bought a second hand car - for the first time in Belgium. I bought it from private person but he did it through dealers so I communicated with them mainly.
I asked for the invoice and got the paper without any signatures on it so it does not look like official document.
My question is: should I insist on having the signed invoice?
I mean might it happen that I will need to provide it for any occasion in the future and without sign it would not be considered as legal?

You need to make a selling aggrement with the previous offcial owner, there must be detailed information of ids of both parties and the details of the vehicle, as well as the price and the date of the aggrement.
Of course both parties must sign the aggrement (two copies: one for you one for the seller)
