Car help

My car suddenly flashed a message in german on the dashboarrd "warnung bei" which I understand to mean "warning". But nothing else flashes, so I have no idea what it is warning me about.  Can anyone please advise me h-what I should do or check?  I would be very grateful. And yes, i am a new driver. thank you.
