cancelling online booked holiday

Question

I booked online a holiday with Interhome, cancelled 9 hours later prior to making any contract payments and they have sent us an invoice for over 400 Euro. In the original booking I selected the cancellation insurance but interhome claim this is not through them. Has anyone had a similar experience with this company? If so please contact me by email.

If the cancellation insurance is not with Interhome - standard practice - you have to contact the insurers yourself.
'Interhome claim this is not through them.' Have you any reason for believing that this is untrue?
