Can you buy iPhone insurance when buying the phone?

I am looking into buying an iPhone 6 but without a monthly subscription.
I saw on proximus website that they have the option to add insurance but that was an option for when buying the pack: iphone+subscription.

So, is it possible to get insurance when buying just the phone.
