Can direct entry to Master degree possible ?
Your question is sufficiently vague that no one could possibly answer it.
Please reply to the following, and we may be able to assist.
1) What is your bachelor degree?
2) What university issued your degree?
3) What masters program do you wish to apply for
4) Which university do you want to attend?
In recent years, the Bachelors degree in the European Union has been standardized at 3 years. I believe medicine and possibly engineering could be exceptions. So if your degree is relatively recent, I think you will fit. If you look up any Belgian university website, you can look up the requirements. Perhaps more important is whether you know Dutch or French, because most Master's courses require that, but there are some fields in which courses are taught in English. Two of the best universities are Catholic University Louvain and Ghent University.
Every course has its own specific entrance requirements. Address your question to wherever it is you want to study.
Take a look here the course has extremely specific and very clear requirements:

Amongst other requirements, you need a GMAT or GRE with a minimum score above the 60th percentile (overall). Your degree will also probably need to be assessed to ensure that it is deemed equivalent to the required Flemish degrees.
Anon, you said it. First of all, each student should be qualified to acquire Bachelors Degree and the person who posted here didn't specify the exact details.
