buying first property in Belgium

Is there any program in Belgium that gives special funding or tax reductions for people that buy their first house? I know in some countries the government helps out young people to buy their first property.

If I buy my first property in Belgium, will I benefit of any reductions or additional funds or some kind of special conditions? If yes, is there a limit of age?
