Buy Eurostart tickets with Eco cheques

Question

Hello everyone,

I wanetd to ask some advice. I understood that you can buy Eurostart tickets with Eco cheques. It's also written on the website.
My friend went to Gare Centrale to try and buy tickets like this and the lady at the ocunter refused.
Can someone advise? Are there only particular spots where you can buy them with Eco cheques?

Only possible at the Jetair centers: http://www.eurostar.com/FR/be/leisure/about_eurostar/press_release/press...
And apparently only with Sodexo cheques and not Accor ones.
