Business Home Phone Packages.

I'm currently setting up working from home.

As part of this I'm looking for a phone package for cheap calls from my home, landline number to other landline numbers in Europe.

Proximus (Belgacom) offer 1,000 minutes for a fixed fee. (I'm with them already for our home package)
Mobistar offer 2,000 minutes for a fixed fee.(Not available in my street)
BASE not taking any new customers as they are about to be taken over.
Scarlett & KPN mobile phone packages only, not landline.

Anyone know of any other telecoms providers, with cheap landline charges to other European countries ?
Preferably with a fixed fee for X number of minutes per month.

Any help/information welcome.
