Builder

Can anyone please recommend a builder I can contact regarding installation of a dormer and installation/re-routing of an internal staircase in a VERY small house in Flanders.  I am not Mr. Moneybags so, unfortunately, no budget for flights of fancy, just a practical solution to a problem.
