Brussels tunnels re-open

The two major tunnels connecting the city centre with the European quarter and the E40 motorway have re-opened after months of being closed for necessary maintenance. The works went surprisingly smoothly and hindrance to traffic was kept at a minimum thanks to a number of well-marked detours.
