Brussels Portal Website

Hello all,

I'm trying to remember the Brussels portal website which I found very useful for finding out administrative and legal things in Belgium. I think it may be the same site as this: http://www.brussels.irisnet.be/

If it is however, then they have changed the website. Previously, it showed you exactly who worked at the office, what areas they specialised in (e.g. tax, health etc) and you could call them directly and they would explain in English how the system works in Belgium. Now the contact details have been replaced by a contact number and when I called, the woman who didn't speak English just told me to contact the relevant agency/department when I was looking for information.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
