Brussels Airport closes out another record year
More than 23 million passengers have passed through Brussels Airport already this year, an absolute record. To celebrate, the airport today treated all passengers to Belgian chocolates.
“We would like to say thank you to all passengers for deciding on Brussels Airport to jet off on holiday or for business travel,” said CEO Arnaud Feist. “Over the last five years, we have heavily invested to further enhance the quality of our infrastructure and service at the airport in order to create a highly comfortable and efficient environment for our passengers. It is nice to see that these investments are also relished by the passengers,” he added.
The airport's most recent investments include the Connector, a new building for VIP guests, 4,000 new seats and new play areas for children. Additional investments are planned in the years ahead.
