You can get similar stuff from the big Chinese supermarkets.

You can't get purple sprouting broccoli anywhere unless you grow it yourself, and it won't be in season for at least three weeks.

That's interesting Meha, as I go there every week and I've never seen it there. It's well out of season so it must be greenhouse grown. Which store sells it?

The purple is available at Saint-Gilles, Flagey and Molenbeek weekly markets and probably many others.
