British newspaper names 'the best things to do in Belgium'

00:06 02/05/2017

When British newspaper The Guardian asked its readers to name the most beautiful places in Belgium, their answers may surprise even a number of locals, writes Het Laatste Nieuws.

Belgium's most brag-worthy spot, according to The Guardian readers, is a small church in rural Borgloon, Limburg province. The Reading Between the Lines Church (pictured) is made of horizontal steel plates, which makes it nearly see-through from certain perspectives.

Other places on the list include the Musical Instruments Museum in Brussels, the Sonian Forest and the colon-shaped Hotel CasAnus by Dutch artist Joep Van Lieshout.
