BOILER PROBLEM - HELP!

Hello, my hot water turns cold and my vaillant boiler shows S.52 (l'appareil se trouve dans une situation de pause de 20 minutes en raison de la sortie de fumées) - as vaillant have come several times and are useless, can anyone recommend an expert responsible for chimneys who would be able to do something about the evacuation of the fumes please?
