blood tests 4 year old

Good evening,

Does anyone know of a place I can take my 4 year old for blood tests where they are experienced with small children?  Local lab prefers not to do under 5s, and I'd like it to be as minimally traumatic as possible.  Was suggested I avoid hospitals.  Anything in Brabant Wallon or this side of Brussels fine.
