Birth & Parenting Course

Our next Birth & Parenting (prenatal) 6-session online course for babies due in August starts on 1 June. It's perfect for expectant parents who want to take the time (about 16 hours) to prepare themselves for their journey ahead in a small, welcoming and very interactive and fun course setting.Some of the course topics are:* The process and stages of labour
* Ways (and exercises) to make labour easier
* Pain-management options
* Choices in childbirth
* Belgian (hospital) birth procedures
* Infant feeding
* Baby care
* Life as a family after birth
* Practical parenting tips and resources to find help and support Gain knowledge that will help you to make informed decisions and ask and discuss questions that are important to you concerning late pregnancy, labour, birth and the early days with the baby. The full course schedule is:
