Bike for a 4 year old

Looking for a kid's bike. He's 4 years old but like a 5 year old in size. Should have stabilisers that can be detached, chain drive & proper brakes etc like a 'real' bike.

Any recommendations (or ones to avoid!) of a brand/model and where to get it? Ideally accessible from Brussels by public transport.
