Bicycle accesories.

There may be a few bicycle shops in Brussels, surprisingly almost non compared to any British town, but their websites and availbility of communication are close to nil.
Does anyone have an idea where I might find GI Proflate or Ultraflate tools ?
Yes I know these are availble via the net, but they always come with a CO2 cartridge which are not allowed to cross counrty borders.
