best way to learn flemish

Hello All, I'm planning to send my babygirl to the Flemish creche in April and have to speak some flemish by that time. I will be full time available between January and April to do this. Any suggestions on best way of learning as much as possible within 2-3 months?

I am not sure if it is the "best" way, but I took an intensive class through CVO last spring (January through June). We met for 3 hours twice a week. It was reasonably priced and I thought it was very beneficial. I learned a great deal (having started with nothing) and really enjoyed my classmates as well. I am taking a level 2 course this year.
