Best way to get in to town on Sunday from Overijse with 20k happening

Question

Hi all,
I need to be down near the beaux arts museum at 2pm Sunday. I know the 20k is on and I looked at the map, but I can figure out best way in from overijse direction. I usually drive to auderghem the tram from tervuren is too long. So I get metro at demey metro or drive in to centre, but clearly not ideal this Sunday.
Can I drive down 411 as far as Delta? I can't tell from the map the route crosses and I don't know if the road is shut I can't tell the information is poor, plus is delta Is it like to be busy?

Not sure by " beaux arts museum " if you mean: http://www.fine-arts-museum.be/en or http://www.bozar.be/en

Either way, it seems sensible to drive to Kraainem Metro and park the car for free in the car park then take the Metro Gare Central and walk (about 5 mins) to Bozar or take Metro to Park, then tram along to The Royal Museums of Fine Arts

Yes I need to be down by the rue du muse, just up from Bozart. Last year the traffic on the ring was terrible due to four arms being shut, but maybe it's not out that far from the map. I know I can't go to Hermaine debroux or auberge em direction. Utter pain for anyone this side of town
