Best Place to Watch the Tour of Flanders

Question

The Tour of Flanders bike race is next Sunday. What are the best place(s) to watch it? Is it difficult to get to the places on the route by car because of road closures? I live in Brussels but would like to see some of the race and could go by car or train. Thanks,

I know nothing about this race but taking a quick look at the route, I would personally go to Oudenaarde because the race passes through there, continues then returns into the town for the finish. You could see the race 2 times. It's approximately 1 hour by train the Oudenaarde from Brussels.
