Belgian Numberplate

Hello

I am currently living overseas and still have the front plate of my ex-Belgian car. I was informed to keep this when I got rid of the vehicle and send it back. I sent it back only to have it returned as an incorrect address, can somebody give me the correct address or any other advice on how i can get this numberplate returned.
