Belgacom or Telenet

Hi
I am looking at fixing up internet and tv channels (non cable), and my agent gave me 2 choices - Belgacom or Telenet. I do not need a landline, but need a good internet connection, and will be in Brussels area.

Having read bits and pieces about how bad the service is at Belgacom etc, but havent been able to read anything about Telenet, hence writing here.
Has anyone any advice with regards to this? Thanks!
