Our niece went there recently for just that. there is a parking at the front. It's a really nice, peaceful place.

I would suggest you to go at Brussels Beauty Bar because they have some nice chair for the pedicure (like in USA) and they can do the manicure and the pedicure at the same like that you don't to be sit for a long time ...
