BE Passport

Hi ,

I am an Indian and have just 3 months back received BE nationality / citizenship. I have applied and got the BE id card.

But, i am staying in Nederlands now and unfortunately my work scenario is such that i will never return to BE . So, no BE residential address.
Will i still be able to apply for a passport and is NL residential address then acceptable ?

I need to apply for a BE passport since i need to travel to India very soon.
I have returned my indian pasport to indian embassy since dual nationality is not accepted in india.
