B&B or Hotel recommendation please

Living far from brussels -- I wonder if the brussels based can help

We need a B&B or hotel for a few nights within walking distance of Rue Adolphe Vallee

Not bothered about the lap of luxury -- prefer clean and comfy and where we can return during the day.

Cheap and cheerful would be ideal :-)
