Bar smoking room

There is one in the Bar du Marché at Flagey, more exactly across the restaurant Les Variétés next to Café Belga.
It's not in the center, but it's a great area for drinks and for dining out: plenty of restaurants in rue lesbroussaerts and Chaussée de Vleurgat. Cheers!
