Banks in Belgium
Question
When are the banks actually going to have human beings in their branches to help citizens? I am deaf so I do not want to try to ring a bank. My husband has lost his mother aged 90 in the U.K. and he needs a copy of passport authenticated by the bank. So for I have found it impossible to get an appointment with a human. How do I organise this?
Right now, to see a human, you have to make an appointment. Virus rules.
As you can't phone, use your online banking app to talk to a real person via chat.
Or send them an email to make an appointment.
I'm with the KBC and an email is perfectly acceptable and in English if that is your preference.
