Babysit or camp for winter break

I always got helpful answers here.
My daughter, 11 years old wants to stay in Belgium for 3 weeks school break from 19th Dec to 7th Jan.
Do you have any idea to find someone to stay with her all day hopely not that boring or any winter camp she can join?
Her school planned ski trip but in next April.
Also, if you are looking for same answer; we better get together to find the solution. I have q friend who can take care of her but 3 weeks are too long for doing nothing special. Thanks.
