If your candidate is an European citizen, just register her / him at your commune and set-up an insurance 'gens du maison' plus hurry up for registering at a language school.

Through the internet aupair matching platforms the aupair agencies went nearly out of business, please ask the BLBE if there is still one active in Belgium, if you need VISA etc. for a non-European Aupair.
