Areas to live in around Brussels Airport
Question
Hi. For someone working at Brussels Airport, could you please recommend areas to live in for families with young kids? Accessing the airport via public transport easily, safe and green areas with affordable rent prices - maybe little villages and municipalities? All is welcome. Your suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
e.g. Woluwe St. Lambert (Brussels commune, mostly French speaking), or St. Stevens Woluwe (part of Zaventem, Dutch speaking)
Kraainem and Wezembek Oppem are "commune à facilités" meaning you can communicate in Flemish or French (their English is really good too) and they are located in the Flemish Region in the province of Flemish Brabant. Very close to the airport too.
