Arbitration services?
Question
I am in a SME on a low wage. I have had serious trouble in getting holidays. I put in a request, but they are not responded to at all for, and I am not exaggerating, up to six months.
When they are dealt with it is at the very last moment, 2 or 3 days before the permitted holidays start. My work refuses to discuss the issue. Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed? I was wondering if there were arbitration or other services. It has been whispered to me that any fuss at all would result in instant dismissal
