Apéritif season kicks off

The Apéros Urbains season is upon us: this annual event of cocktails and food for everyone in attractive parts of Brussels kicks off tonight, April 11, at 17.00 with Apéros Stockel on Place Dumon, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre. At the open-house event you can sample food from local producers and sip on an array of summer drinks including mojitos, caipirinhas, sangria and even a Belgian beer first brewed in 2012, Vlawa.

This season a new local producer will be on site each month to offer up their artisanal fare for sampling. From May onwards, the Apéros will roll out in Brussels and around Wallonia. Look out for the Apéro Garden Party on May 4 in Cinquantenaire park/Jubelpark, Brussels, featuring DJ sets from 12.00 to 22.00.
