Anyone know how to deal with a Proximus Middleware error message?


We're trying to access our TV, but are getting a Middleware error message from Proximus.
It's asking us to restart, but when we do, we go round in circles, despite having turned off both the Proximus main modem and TV modem, and waiting 10 minutes for any ghost effects to dissipate.
Any guidance for us Luddites? Understandably Proximus' helpline is snowed under at the moment, and we've been waiting for 40 minutes without making it to the front of the queue :(


- Google the (exact) error
- Contact Proximus via online chat if you can. It takes time for them to respond, but they'll get there
- They have manuals in PDF format for most things. See if that helps.

I'd agree with J on this. Try the online chat.

Select "Chat with us" below the "How do you want to contact us?" heading.
