Anyone familiar with the shop Lapayre?
Would anyone be familiar with the shop Lapeyre? I'm looking to replace our garage door. I visited the shop and was not very happy with the customer service. The salesperson seemed uninterested is providing me with info. and I therefore wonder if their service and installation will be equally as poor. Perhaps I was there on a bad day. Would appreciate input from anyone who has had dealings with this shop. (They say it will take 2 months for this order to come through). Thanks!
I have had the most terrible experiences with them so would certainly not recommend them! I had a staircase made to measure that did not fit and they would not come out to see it, luckily my workmen managed to bodge it together. Then I got a new bathroom from them, EVERYTHING was wrong with it, from the plumbing fittings to the units, to the mirrors being on the cupboards backwards... EVERYTHING wrong and it took me over 2 years to get it fixed, even now I am not satisfied but have given up.
