Any small businesses out there?

I was wondering if there are any small business groups (in english) that meet up regularly? I've recently opened a business in Brussels and it would be great if there was something where we could meet to help each other out, network and who knows maybe even collaborate!

If not, I'd be happy to organise one once every 1 to 2 months if anyone was interested?
