Any recommendations for a good pram

A question to mums and dads. What pram would you recommend for a newborn? I would like one that lasts her through to toddlerhood. It needs to be comfortable riding over cobbles and in the woods and fit through our appartment doorway. I would also like a pretty spacious basket at the bottom but can dispense with that if necessary. Any recommendations?
