Can anyone tell me if you accrue annual leave whilst on maternity leave in Belgium please? I know this is the case in the UK but don't have a HR department in Belgium that I can ask. Thank you.

My daughter-in-law accrued annual leave during her maternity leave, so once she returned to work she had holiday owing to her. I would think it's the same for everyone. If you are a member of a union you could ask there.
