We are trying to buy some fairly large items from Amazon, available on both their .fr and .de sites but they won't deliver to Belgium. Has anyone found a way round this - apart from having them delivered to a friend n FR or DE?
The only other thing I can suggest is trying the Italy or Spain sites. I've had a heavy item delivered from amazon.it which sas not available from .uk, .fr, or .de.
You could also try installing the shoptimate browser extension, and then looking at the item you want on any amazon site. It will then display the best prices for that item on all amazon sites, plus several others like bol.com, so if you click on the links, you might find other non-amazon suppliers who will deliver.
I've never found anything on Amazon that is unobtainable from any other on-line site.
Google what you are looking for on the Belgium site and see what comes up. It might be a little more expensive but delivery to your door has to be better than involving a friend in another country.
Do you know any Belgian store in the Brussels area that sells something like this?http://amzn.to/2hl4TV5
If I click on that link I can get it for free delivery to Belgium. However I have Amazon Premium. Why don't you sign up for the one month free trial of premium?
Sorry JBMAC but I can't help.
I don't live near Bxl and I never go there.
However, whatever it is you are looking for, Google is always a good place to try.
The issue with what you are buying is that it is not sold by Amazon themselves. Try find something similar that is sold by Amazon directly and you might have a better chance.
