Allowed to Specify "Young" in a Job Ad?

Question

Just seen a job ad on StepStone with the title "Opportunity for Young Accountant in a Well-Known Multinational." Is it legal to specify "young"? What is "young"? I know people over 50 who act younger than some who are 25 (that's a compliment).

I have no intention or desire to apply for this particular job, I'm just wondering. I find it a bit shocking that it's so blatant.

Is the company/advertiser Dutch-speaking?
In that case it can easily be a mis-translation; 'young' can also mean newly or recently qualified.
When my wife and I married we were described, in Dutch, as a 'young' married couple; I was already retired and my wife almost 60! There is no way of distinguishing between 'young' and 'newly-wed'.
