I want to adopt 2 children from Pakistan. Can anyone please tell me what are the adoption rules in Belgium. From where I should start?

Imho this is going to be near impossible .The procedure takes forever , and most people are deemed unfit to adopt.
Try adopting in Pakistan , and go from there.
