Actiris

Dear all,

Can anyone tell me the experience with Actiris. If my french is not at high level but just secondary level can i still register myself. I am non EU but residing in brussels since 7 years. Also I have work experience of 4 years. Can anyone tell me some important things i should keep in mind before regsitering?
