About Pregnancy
Is that for religious reasons or just because you're a moron?
Anyway - try this:

Yes, definitely! The ingredients of course, are completely secret...
Traditionally less salt in your food increases the chances of a boy.
According to our hilarious granma (RIP), she had 5 boys because she hung up a picture of some cowboy in her room and she would look at that every day in the first few months of pregnancy.
Looking back at her stories though, I think in a way she was right. You hear of athletes getting ready for a competition by visualizing that they already won it, and I guess granma was doing the same cause according to her, she would look at the pic and imagine she had all boys so they could help her with all the work in the farm. This might work better than a diet. Good luck and let us know how it turns out!
I heard eat lots of bananas :-)
As a serious answer: no.
The genes coming from the father determine the gender of the baby. There is no way of influencing which male cell will merge with the mothers' eggcell.
There is some serious research on the effect of diet and time of the month, but results are not outstanding. There is always the "association dopes mean causation", and it is about increasing the probability like from 50% to 55%.
You could try and remove all the X genes from the father... but technically, he won't be a father any longer.
