400 openings at Brussels Airport jobs fair

15:21

Brussels Airport is organising a jobs fair next week - as there are currently more than 400 vacancies available at the Zaventem base.

This will be the fifth edition of the Aviato Jobfair, which is the largest of its kind in Flemish Brabant with more than 50 employers connected to the airport expected to be present.

Aviato, Brussels Airport’s job centre, has partnered with the airport, the VDAB (Flemish Employment and Vocational Training Service), its Brussels counterpart Actiris, and Voka, the Chamber of Commerce of Flemish Brabant.

The job fair will be held on 10 February in the Skyhall at Brussels Airport from 13.00 to 17.00.

Jobseekers, students and anyone looking for a new professional challenge will have the opportunity to meet employers from the airport, as well as temporary employment agencies and companies from the region.

Exhibitors include Brussels Airport Company, Nippon Express, Orizio, Swissport Cargo Services Belgium, Safran, Eligio, G4S Aviation Security and Securitas.

The most sought-after profiles are manual workers and technical profiles, ahead of office and administrative staff.
