Would you give me an idea where I could try to sell my winter tyres? I do not need them anymore and since I used them only for 2 winters (in Belgium :D) I thought I could sell them...

Try one of the online free-ads things for selling cars - the may have a suitable section. IIRC, Autoscout and Auto24 should get you started.
