20km de Bruxelles
Thinking of running the 20km de Bruxelles this year -- not looking to break any world records, just finish it comfortably. I am in a fairly good shape but I do not have experience of such a long (for me at least) race. Any xpats who have run the 20k already and are willing to share some tips? Training, race techniques, hardest point in the loop, tips... TIA!
