A friend of mine from the USA will be in Brussels on holiday and would like to attend the Formula 1 racing at Spa. I do not have any ideas about getting to Spa nor how to obtain tickets.

Hello...will the shops be open in Germany on Monday August 15th? Doing a general search on the internet, I found conflicting information as to whether August 15th is a holiday in Germany or not.
I have been looking at creches in Ixelles. I have seen a few and all of the owners have been friendly. The children seem chatty and are interacting. The thing that upsets me are the teeny babies.
